New ECE Members

I feel great about new ECE members coming to join our wonderful ECE class. This means that they get to enjoy and see how our ECE class is ran. They can understand why we love our ECE class . We want them to love working with younger children and get lots of joy out of it. The different projects that they will do will help them to understand children more. They will visit different daycare to work with the children. They will read to them, do activities with them and love it. They will do different things out in the community like food drives, help at shelters,etc.

Brain Development can Influence Early Childhood Curriculum

There are many different ways that the brain can be developed like language skills which includes reading, writing, and listening and talking. There is spatial representation this includes the skills of visual arts. Then you have the musical thinking this is all about playing an instrument that helps their development skills. Next is body movement which gives the children a chance to learn how to work the whole body or proportions of it. The you have interpersonal intelligence which helps them understand others actions and problems and realizing what other people might need. These are many different things that help with brain development in a young child.

The Future of Children

In this article they say children that go to early childhood programs or that are in preschool programs are more likely to go to school prepared, but the quality of care for the children may be different like black children are more likely to attend preschool than white children but have low-quality care. For young children growing up in the United States Early Childhood Education has become very common experience. Early care and education might widen racial and ethnic gaps if children from racial and ethnic minority groups are less likely to be enrolled in beneficial programs. Public funding of early childhood care and education, particularly Head Start, is already reducing ethnic and racial gaps in preschool attendance. They are focusing mainly on whites, Hispanics, non-Hispanics and African Americans they note that these groups are socially constructed.

What do I do? I Teach!!!!

From interviewing teachers we can learn that they enjoy they job very much and that they love children so much that they make it their jobs to show up everyday and teach these children. We can learn that parents put their trust in these teachers hands and they can see that the teachers are very dedicated to their children. We can learn that you have to have to be patient working in this type of environment with all these kids.

Exodus Tragedy

Mike Tyson daughter was tragically killed after playing on a treadmill as a noose like cord got rapped around her neck and begin to chock her and moments later her big brother found her as she was rushed to the hospital then prenounced dead a short while later. While Mike Tyson was not there he was in La's Vagas and rushed home to some shocking yet disturbing news he said he is truly thankful that he has the support of his fans. Do you think it was someones fault because they should have been watching her?

Healthy Lunches and More

In my opinion i think that the schools should provide the children with their lunches because the parents don't really know what a nutritious lunch is. In the article they said most of the parents brought their children chips, soda etc. That's because they are not going to pack lunch for their children that they know they know their not going to eat such as vegetables. I believe that fruits are not really a issue because children like there fruits it's just the vegetables that i believe is the problem. Another problem is the salt in their foods you have to make sure you have a certain amount of salt in a child's diet. What do you think is the issue in the lunches?

Baby Sitting Training

The baby sitting training was OK the first time we didn't enjoy it because the man we had was being ignorant and we wasn't feeling him too much but the last one we had a good time he was allot more nicer and we had fun some of us got our certificate some of us didn't but we all enjoyed our selves.
